As you can see I have redesigned the site. Apologies for the site being down for a couple of months (That won't happen again).

This site was created to be a clear and concise resource into the development of experimental animation. For my own biased reasons the work is focused around abstract animation. However I think this is of benefit because experimental animation is not easily categorized and a huge variety of work can be placed underneath this banner. All of the work displayed on this site is from other sources around the internet. I have simply curated that information for those that want to gain insight into some of the history of abstract animation. The site is not for profit, you will not find adverts and I will not try to sell you anything. I will however recommend any books or resources that contribute to this area of study.

I have removed Talks and Conferences as the videos I referenced talked about many different topics. Therefore I have tried to simply the site, and make it more specific to the area of abstract animation.
